Twin Choco 1.000 gr Chocolate traybake ingredients
Refined Oil 350 gr Chocolate traybake ingredients
Eggs 300 gr Chocolate traybake ingredients
Water 250 gr Chocolate traybake ingredients
Casa Cream UHT 35% (fresh cream) 600 gr Coating ingredients
Chocolatier Delicecover Choco 500 gr Coating ingredients
Butter 99% 60 gr Coating ingredients
Inverted sugar syrup 200 gr Coating ingredients

Preparation

    Base:
    Mix the Twin Choco mix, the refined oil, the eggs and the water together at medium speed with the use of the mixer’s flat beater for 5 minutes.

    Pour into a baking form and bake at 160°C for 40-45 minutes.

    While the chocolate pie is being baked start preparing the chocolate sauce.

    Coating:

    Heat the Casa Cream (fresh cream) while stirring.

    Add the Chocolatier Delicevover Choco and continue stirring.

    Add the butter and the inverted sugar syrup and make sure all 4 ingredients (Casa Cream, Delicecover Choco, butter and inverted sugar syrup) are well mixed.

    Once the baking is done, cover the traybake with the chocolate sauce you have prepared (cool temperature).
