Durum flour ("yellow") 1.500 gr Bread ring ingredients
Yeast 150 gr Bread ring ingredients
Sugar 150 gr Bread ring ingredients
Water 750 gr Bread ring ingredients
Margarine Princess 45 gr Bread ring ingredients
Bechamel Philadelphia 100 gr Bread ring ingredients
Philadelphia Cream Cheese 100 gr Bread ring ingredients

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients together for 3 minutes at low speed and then for 4 minutes at high speed.

    Allow to rest for 10 minutes.

    Cut the dough into portions that weigh 100 gr.

    Allow to rest for 10 minutes.

    Stretch the dough with a rolling pin and place the filling.

    Proof for 40 minutes.

    Bake with steam for 230°C for 7 minutes and then for 13 minutes without steam.

Tips
You can alternative use cranberries (15% of the dough)  as a filling instead of cream cheese and bechamel to make it into a fruity snack.
