Casa Gelato Butter Caramel 1.000 gr
Milk (whole) 2.100 gr
Casa Cream UHT (fresh cream) 200 gr
Banana Piu (paste) 240 gr
Variegone Dulce di Latte decoration ingredients
Biscotto (biscuit powder) decoration ingredients

Preparation

    Mix with moderately cool milk, allow to rest for 15 minutes and then mix.

    Pour into the ice cream machine.
