Prokorn 3 kg
Olive Oil 210 gr
Margarine Princess 90 gr
Yeast 90 gr
Water 1.650 gr
Prokorn Decor decoration ingredients

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients together at low speed for 2 minutes and then switch to high speed for 5 minutes.

    Allow the dough to rest for 5 minutes.

    Cut the dough into 1.500 gr portions.

    Round up the cut dough and proceed by cutting into 30 even parts that weigh 50 gr each.

    Mould into 1 cm strips and decorate with Prokorn Decor.

    Proof (35˚C with moistness) for 30 minutes.

    Bake at 200˚C (with steam) for 25-30 minutes. Make sure you keep the damper open.
