Ingredients Kg
Green Matcha Tea Cake 1.000 gr
Eggs 200 gr
Butter 99% 400 gr
Cake type flour 400 gr
Inverted sugar syrup or honey 250 gr
Poppy seeds 20 gr
Lemon shavings (optional)

Preparation

    Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together at low speed for 1 minute and then switch to medium speed for one minute.

    Place 35-65 gr portions onto a parchment paper lined tray.

    Bake at 200°C for 9-11 minutes (depending on the cookies size).
